Atta Kheer Prep Time: 30 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: Aashirvaad Atta - Â½ cup, Almonds - Â¼ cup, Aashirvaad Ghee - Â¼ cup, Milk - 1 litre, Sugar - Â¼ cup, Cardamom Pod Crushed - 2, Saffron - Few strands, Nuts & Raisins - Optional Method: Place a kadai on heat and add ghee and atta. Roast the atta until it starts turning aromatic and golden brown. Roughly chop the almonds, add them to the atta and roast the mixture for few more minutes. Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Whisk the mixture for 5 minutes and switch off the heat. Serve it warm with more roasted nuts and raisins on top (optional).	Crispy Masala Puri Prep Time: 15 mins Serves: 2 Ingredients: 1 cup Aashirvaad atta (gehun ka atta), 1/4 tsp Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder (haldi), 1 1/2 tsp Aashirvaad Chilli Powder, 1 tbsp melted ghee, Pinch of carom seeds (ajwain), Aashirvaad Salt to taste, Oil for deep-frying Method: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle of about 75 mm. (3") diameter and nick them using a knife at regular intervals. Repeat step 3 to make 19 more puris. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry, a few puris at a time, on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown in color from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper. Store in an air-tight container. Use as required.	Aloo Cheese Patties Prep Time: 30 mins Serves: 10 Ingredients: Mashed Potato - 400g, Grated Carrot - 100g, Aashirvaad Atta - â…“ cup, Grated Cheese - â…“ cup, Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp, Chopped Curry Leaves - 2 tbsp, Aasirvaad Salt - Â¾ tsp, Black Pepper - Â½ tsp, Garam Masala - 1 Â½ tsp, Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp, Chilli Powder - 1 tsp, Breadcrumbs - Â½ cup, Oil for frying Method: In a bowl, take the mashed potatoes and grated carrots. To this, add chopped coriander, curry leaves, spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, cheese and atta. Mix until everything is well combined and make balls with this mixture. Flatten these balls with your palm and toss them in breadcrumbs. Heat a frying pan and pour in the oil for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot, add the patties and shallow fry them on both sides. Take the patties out on a tissue paper. Serve them hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
